Am hotarat sa scriu acest lucru, deoarece m-am impiedicat de o problema despre care nu am gasit explicatie in internet:
Care totusi, mama lor, este diferenta dintre Certificatul de nastere si extrasul la certificatul de nastere?
1. Cerfiticatul de nastere se da in cazul in care persoana respectiva este in viata, deci daca persoana este decedata se pofera doar EXTRAS la certificatul de nastere.
La fel e si cu extrasul la certificatul de casatorie. El se elibereaza daca deja pesroanele in cauza sunt divortate.
La ce duc e toata discutia data?
PENTRU DOSARUL DE REDOBANDIREA CETATENIEI NU ESTE NEVOIE DE CERTIFICATUL DE DECES daca la mana este extrasul de la certificatul de nastere.
Cel putin in Romania nu se cee certificatele date daca exista extrasele.
Deci ce acte am depus eu la IASI:
1 Extrasul la certificatul de nastere a buneilor.
2 Certificatul de casatorie.
3 Cerificatele de nastere a parintilor
4 Extrasul la certificatul de casatorie (parintii sunt divortati)
5 cerificatul meu de nastere
6 buletinul de identitate
7 pasaportul international
(toate acestea sa fie xerox si legalizate la notar)
8 3 declaratii (Notarii stiu despre ce este vorba).
Personal am fost la Iasi cu trenul si am achitat pe drum 10lei (Chisinau Ungheni),36lei (Ungheni-Iasi). In 20 minute am depus actul si eram liber. Fara imbulzeala, fara injuraturi, civilizat, exact ca in Europa.
DACA ESTE POSIBILITATE DE DEPUNEREA ACTELOR IN ROMANIA, ATUNCI MAI BINE DE DEPUS ACOLO.
Ai Nostri din R.Moldova nu accepta extrase si nu dau numarul dosarului de-odata!

Recent am dat peste un site, o banca viruala in care se pot depune sume banesti la depozit sau sa se ia un credit cu un procent, relativ mic.
Astazi am depus 1$ sa un procent de 1% pe zi, pe un termen de 13 zile, as fi vrut sa vad care va fi evolutia pentru a vedea daca continui mai departe sau nu.

BuxSL :(
We have a very bad news for BuxSL users.
This week PayPal decided to close our account without any prior notice and without possibility of appeal. They hadn't provided us any valid reason for this limitation, they just said us that PayPal can decide who can work with them and who can't… even being a legal company.
We would be happy to be able to go ahead with the project and we made everything we could to do it but we can't, as currently more than 90% of total funds were on PayPal account right now.
This is very painful decision. As you see PayPal can break big dreams with an unfair decision. We tried during the whole week (we are sorry if you hadn't received a reply to your tickets/topics on time) to restore our account access by all the possible ways but they were unwilling to do it and as we said they hadn't provided us any valid reason.
We can't avoid people to call us SCAM, as any other closed/closing PTC. But it's not true as we don't want to close we are forced to do it. As honest persons we are going to provide refunds to our investors (already started). Lamentably we can't send the pending payment requests due to the limitation.
Before leaving, we would like to thank all the users who supported and trusted us and helped us to create this great community.

The new API is now ready for testing. As we have mentioned in previous blog posts, we expect the API to open the door to new web services that will integrate VirtaPay payments.
Who is the API for? How do I use it?
To get a better understanding of the API, who it’s for and how to use it, visit the API Details page. To create your own API key, visit the API Access page.
IMPORTANT: The API is intended for users who know how to program web services. If you choose to create an API key, keep it a secret. Never share it with anyone you don’t trust. If your account has an API key, anyone who has that key will have the power to access your account, and even send payments. Again, be sure to keep it secret, like you would any password.
What functions does the API allow?
Version 1.0 of the API has the following functions available:
* Get your account balance.
* Post a payment from your account to any VirtaPay user.
* Get transaction details on any transaction in your account.
We may add more features in future upgrades to the API.
What benefit will the API bring to VirtaPay users?
Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing that yet. But, we hope to see many new services begin to integrate VirtaPay payments using the API. This could include “get-paid-to” websites, currency exchanges, marketplaces for both physical and digital items, use of VP$ as an in-game currency, and more. The API opens the door for web services to integrate VirtaPay payments in a way never before possible.
How will developers know what people want?
Coming soon, we will post polls to find out what services our users want most. These polls will be shared with developers who want to create services based on the API.
In addition, we will soon begin accepting submissions from developers who have created services that use the API. We will review these submissions and notify VirtaPay users (using the blog) about the services we think you’ll like the most.
So, if you’re a web developer who already knows what you want to create using the API, get started today! There are over 150,000 VirtaPay users waiting to start using your new service.
